Job description

If you are nerdy about ERP and/or an experienced project/programme manager with a deep understanding of ERP-related processes and/or technology, and if the thought of complex transformation journeys ignites your passion, we want to hear from you! We are looking for management consultants with a profound appreciation for ERP projects and a talent for making them succeed.

Responsibilities

As a management consultant specialising in ERP advisory, you will:

  • Collaborate with clients to design and execute ERP projects, placing a strong emphasis on achieving tangible benefits.
  • Bring your co-creative spirit to the forefront, consistently delivering high-quality results and leaving clients in a truly better place.
  • Apply your project and programme management expertise at all levels, utilising structured and relevant methodologies tailored to the unique demands of each project.
  • Cultivate your exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders, ranging from top-level executives to cross-functional teams, ensuring project outcomes are reached.

About our team

You will be joining a dynamic team of 16 consultants, all with extensive backgrounds in technology and project management. We focus on fostering a collaborative and innovative environment where your expertise will be valued, and your contributions will make a difference.

Who are we looking for

To be successful in this role, you should recognise yourself in the following:

  • Proven experience in project and programme management with a track record of successful ERP project delivery

  • A commitment to delivering exceptional quality and leaving a lasting positive impact on clients

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders

  • A deep understanding of ERP-related processes and a passion for solving complex challenges in this domain

More specifically, we are looking for people with:

  • Minimum two years of experience in consulting and/or ERP-related projects

  • Strong analytical and creative skills and the ability to challenge conventional thinking

  • A collaborative approach to colleagues and clients

  • Minimum one relevant master’s degree with top marks

  • Fluency in written and spoken English

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a ton of energy

At Implement, you will enjoy:

  • The opportunity to create your own work-life balance

  • A high degree of freedom and autonomy

  • An inspiring culture and colleagues

  • Excellent development opportunities

About us

We believe that helping organisations become truly fit for humans and fit for the future calls for an uncompromising combination of deep mastery and transformational expertise. It also calls for a certain mindset: that all change starts with people and that consulting is, in essence, helping. And it requires us to work in small, agile teams committed to creating impact and real transformation together with our clients.

At Implement, you will find few rules and guidelines – and that is on purpose. We aim to create the perfect playground for talent to flourish, and our employees enjoy a great deal of autonomy to work the way that best suits them, their teams and their projects.

With project activity all over the world, you will get 1,500+ colleagues making up teams based in our offices in Copenhagen, Aarhus, Malmo, Gothenburg, Stockholm, Oslo, Munich, Hamburg, Dusseldorf, Zurich and Raleigh.
