- Developing and implementing commercial strategies for Life Sciences organizations
- Supporting go-to-market transformations and commercial operating model design
- Driving customer-centric transformation initiatives across sales, marketing, and market access
- Designing and optimizing customer engagement and omnichannel approaches
- Leveraging data, analytics, and AI to improve commercial decision-making
- Facilitating workshops and aligning senior stakeholders across functions
- Driving implementation and ensuring sustainable adoption within client organizations
- 4–6 years of experience at a reputable management consultancy
- Proven expertise within Commercial Strategy & Transformation in the Life Sciences industry
- Experience working with senior commercial stakeholders
- A Master’s degree from a reputable university
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- The ability to combine strategic thinking with pragmatic implementation
- Take ownership and thrive in a collaborative, high-performance environment
- Bring an entrepreneurial mindset and motivation to help grow a practice
- Are fluent in German and English
- Additional languages are a plus
- High autonomy and real responsibility
- Direct exposure to senior decision-makers
