Overview As a CSA Engineer on our Data Center projects in the Zurich region, you support the Construction Manager to plan, coordinate and execute Civil, Structural and Architectural works with a focus on safety, quality and schedule. You will monitor readiness, manage interfaces with Design, BIM, QA/QC, Procurement, Logistics and MEP, and support inspections, handovers and as-built documentation. This role offers exposure to mission-critical data center construction within a diverse, international team and modern technology environments. You drive timely problem-solving and contribute to high-quality project delivery. Leistungen / Benefits 5 weeks’ holiday 6 weeks’ holiday from age 50 9 paid bank holiday bridges in-house pension scheme with good coverage flexible working up to 40% from home excellent travel insurance Verantwortungsbereiche Support the Construction Manager in CSA planning, coordination and execution Monitor readiness by tracking drawings, submittals, materials, permits and resources Coordinate CSA-to-MEP interfaces with Design, BIM, QA/QC, Procurement, Logistics and MEP teams Conduct site inspections, track progress, review quality and manage snagging, NCRs and handovers Review drawings and documentation, manage RFIs and technical queries, maintain progress records Support preparation of as-built documentation and final handover packages Zentrale Anforderungen Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related technical discipline 3-6+ years of site engineering or construction delivery on complex building projects Solid understanding of CSA construction methods and ability to interpret drawings, BIM models and construction requirements Experience coordinating subcontractors and multidisciplinary interfaces to meet safety, quality and schedule targets Knowledge of construction quality processes (RFIs, submittals, ITPs, NCRs, inspections, handovers) and strong documentation skills Fluent English; experience in data center or other complex projects desirable Knowledge of Swiss standards (SIA/VKF), BIM/Navisworks, Primavera P6 and digital QA/QC tools is advantageous strong communication organization and documentation cross-functional collaboration CS A construction methods and site coordination BIM models and Navisworks RFIs, technical submittals, ITPs, NCRs
