CSA Engineer (m/f/d) - Data Center (Glattpark (Opfikon), Zurich, CH, 8152)

pTo strengthen our growing Data Center team, we are looking for an experienced CSA Engineer (m/f/d). Your contractual workplace will be our \"Connect\" office in Opfikon, while your main place of work will be one of our Data Center construction projects in the Zurich region. /p /brh3Responsibilites /h3 /brul /brliSupport the Construction Manager in the planning, coordination and execution of all Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) works, ensuring activities are delivered safely, on schedule and to the highest quality standards /li /brliMonitor construction readiness by tracking drawings, technical submittals, materials, permits, access requirements and subcontractor resources, proactively identifying and resolving constraints before they impact the programme /li /brliCoordinate closely with Design, BIM, QA/QC, Procurement, Logistics and MEP teams to ensure smooth execution of works and effective management of critical CSA-to-MEP interfaces /li /brliConduct site inspections, monitor progress and productivity, review construction quality and support inspections, snagging, NCR management and progressive handovers from CSA to MEP teams /li /brliReview drawings and technical documentation, manage RFIs and technical queries, maintain accurate progress records and support the preparation of as-built documentation and final project handover packages. /li /br /ul /br /brh3Requirements /h3 /brul /brliDegree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related technical discipline, combined with 3-6+ years of experience in site engineering or construction delivery on complex building projects /li /brliSolid understanding of CSA construction methods, sequencing and site coordination, with the ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, BIM models and construction requirements /li /brliExperience coordinating subcontractors and multidisciplinary interfaces, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with quality, schedule and project objectives. /li /brliStrong knowledge of construction quality processes, including RFIs, technical submittals, ITPs, NCRs, inspections and handover procedures, supported by excellent organisational and documentation skills /li /brliFluent English communication skills; experience in Data Center, mission-critical, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, healthcare, industrial or similarly complex projects is highly desirable.
