General Quantity Surveyor (m/f/d), Crissier/Fribourg
Our general contracting department managing the cantons of Vaud and Fribourg is looking for a general Quantity Surveyor.
Responsibilities
- Analyse the client’s specifications (private or public). - Study and propose technical and economic alternatives. - Prepare measurements according to plans or BIM model. - Calculate all trades, prepare offers. - Consult and supervise contractors for the preparation of quotes. - Participate in coordination meetings and validation of technical choices. - Write technical descriptions and methodology. - Transmit technical and contractual elements. - Collaborate with Site Managers and/or Project Managers. - Update the price library and ensure technical and regulatory monitoring.
You bring
- Training as a Quantity Surveyor or equivalent qualification. - Several years of experience in the construction field. - Solid TCE experience on large-scale projects. - Good command of IT tools including ATTIC+. - Proven experience in multi-technical collaboration. - Rigor, precision, strong organisation. - Good analytical and reflective skills.
