General Quantity Surveyor (m/f/d), Crissier/Fribourg Our general contracting department managing the cantons of Vaud and Fribourg is looking for a general Quantity Surveyor.
Responsibilities Analyse the client’s specifications (private or public).
Study and propose technical and economic alternatives.
Prepare measurements according to plans or BIM model.
Calculate all trades, prepare offers.
Consult and supervise contractors for the preparation of quotes.
Participate in coordination meetings and validation of technical choices.
Write technical descriptions and methodology.
Transmit technical and contractual elements.
Collaborate with Site Managers and/or Project Managers.
Update the price library and ensure technical and regulatory monitoring.
You bring Training as a Quantity Surveyor or equivalent qualification.
Several years of experience in the construction field.
Solid TCE experience on large-scale projects.
Good command of IT tools including ATTIC+.
Proven experience in multi-technical collaboration.
Rigor, precision, strong organisation.
Good analytical and reflective skills.
