Responsibilities
Plan, organise and coordinate the work on our new construction projects in the canton of Vaud. Ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets and quality standards. Supervise on-site teams and ensure smooth communication between the various stakeholders (clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, etc.). Monitor the progress of the work and guarantee compliance with current safety standards. Manage the administrative and financial aspects of the sites, including invoicing and budget monitoring. Degree in site management or equivalent training. Proven experience in site management (minimum 5 years) and in the construction sector. Ability to manage several topics simultaneously. Good experience in all trades (TCE). Entrepreneurial spirit and team player. Knowledge of current standards and regulations. Rigour, organisation, flexibility.
