Senior Full Stack Developer & Senior Back End Developer

In this role, you will be instrumental in elevating our product. Join our team at our Munich headquarters, our developer team in Cluj, or work remotely with our global colleagues. Your work will solve real problems and make a genuine impact. We look forward to meeting you.

Tasks

• Designing pages, components, and application architecture
• Planning, implementing, and delivering new features and workflows
• Driving technical direction with regard to performance, standardization, design, and testability
• Contributing to backend/API changes as needed
• Collaborating with developers, POs, and customer support to ensure high-quality delivery

What You Will Be Doing

• Research and development on topics like invoice processing/OCR and bank transaction matching
• Integrating new modules such as authentication frameworks and auditing tools to streamline operations

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a software engineer
• Proven expertise in building structured solutions
• Experience leading technical directions
• Full-stack development experience, delivering end-to-end features
• Passion for performant, reusable software components
• API design skills (REST or GraphQL) and documentation
• Strong coding practices and team efficiency improvements
• Commitment to quality and testing practices
• Experience with CI/CD systems
• Data-driven decision-making skills
• Good communication skills in English (C1 level)

Nice to Have

• Experience in startups or scaleups
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, Ansible
• German B2+ proficiency
