Together with the team software integration and support you are responsible for the integration of our multi beam mask writer software in high tech FABs around the world. You are working in a dynamic environment and with your excellent problem solving skills providing high quality 2nd level support for all our customer multi beam mask writers. Your Responsibilities: By debugging and analysis gain deeper knowledge about our multi beam mask writer hardware and software architecture Provide 2nd level support for our multi beam mask writer Analyze data and understand root causes of issues Report your analysis using ticket tracking systems (jira) Perform regular Software and configuration upgrades on the customer Tools Software Integration of our multi beam Mask writer in High-Tech Fabs on customer sites Ongoing improvement and optimization of the team tasks Knowledge transfer to the on site teams 1st level Technical documentation Project ownership and stand-alone work on projects OnCall duty Your Qualifications: Either technical degree or at least 3 years of relevant technical experience Experience and very good knowledge in Linux based operating systems Understanding of system architectures and technical troubleshooting Ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights.
