- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Chemistry, Physics, or similar field
- Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken)

- Knowledge in solid-state chemistry or organic synthesis
- Experience with structural elucidation via X-ray diffraction and spectroscopic analysis of solids
