Injection Molding Technician

Job summary:

We are seeking a Cable Assembly Technician with experience in operating and maintaining vertical injection molding machines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, testing, and troubleshooting cable assemblies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assemble and manufacture cable assemblies according to engineering drawings and specifications.
2. Perform soldering, crimping, and connector assembly.
3. Operate and maintain vertical injection molding machines for plastic parts.
4. Set up molds and configure machines for different production runs.
5. Inspect and test completed cable assemblies and molded components.
6. Document and report any defects or inconsistencies.
7. Diagnose and resolve issues with cable assemblies and injection molding machines.
8. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment.
9. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
10. Ensure all work complies with industry standards and company policies.

Education:

High school diploma, technical certification or equivalent required.

Requirements:

1. Hands-on experience with vertical injection molding processes and machine operation.
2. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
3. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000 – RM3,600.00 per month
