Job Responsibilities:
- Negotiate with supplier for the best offer and approve terms and conditions in the best interest of the company.
- Ensure good quality and delivery from suppliers.
- Coordinate and ensure new parts ordered meet new project demands.
- Responsible for material arrangements to fulfill the daily production plan.
- Issue PR & PO according to lead-time and demand.
- Handle material quality issues and delivery issues.
- Check and verify invoices based on approved PO.
- Respond with excellent support and service to any emails or calls from site/supplier.
- Oversee daily activities involving purchasing.
- Assist in the implementation or enhancement of Procurement Policies and Procedures.
- Assist in preparing Monthly Management reports and submit to the superior.
- Understand local/country requirements/documentation requirements and train suppliers for onboarding completion.
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management/Logistics or any equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
