Test technician (Preventive Maintenance/Equipment)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the tester maintaining, repairing, and spare parts management.
• Prepare master maintenance, calibration schedule, perform predictive and preventive maintenance.
• Handle spare parts management or tester repair and services.
• Ensure compliance to internal Quality System, Occupational Safety and Health Act and other relevant regulations at all times.
• Manage scheduled tester preventive maintenance and asset tracking.
• Liaise with suppliers for equipment calibration, warranty repair and replacement.
• Any other ad-hoc works assigned by engineer.

Qualifications:

• Certificate/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Computer/Automotive) or >2 years of working experience in test preventive maintenance/equipment.
• Experience and knowledge of test instrument, ICT fixture maintenance, asset tracking system, ISO17025, MS Office, chamber and GPS setup is an added advantage.
• Excellent skills in area of document control, data entry, database, and communication.
• Must be willing to work in Mainland, Penang.
