Engineering is broken. Help rebuild it.
Too many engineers are stuck executing instead of thinking.
At IN2, you’ll be expected to challenge, contribute and influence, not just deliver.
The Role
You’ll support the design and delivery of electrical building services projects across Germany and internationally.
Working closely with project managers and multidisciplinary design teams, you’ll take ownership of specific project tasks while helping shape the systems, standards and structures behind future work.

- What You’ll Bring
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a related discipline
- At least three years of relevant professional experience in Germany or the wider DACH region
- Electrical or MEP design experience within the construction industry
- Project experience in one or more sectors such as data centres, pharmaceutical, life sciences, commercial offices, infrastructure, residential or healthcare
- Experience across at least one of the following cost groups: 440, 450 or 480
- Familiarity with HOAI phases and the technical requirements at each stage
- Strong knowledge of DIN/VDE standards and recognised engineering practice
- German language skills at B2.2 level or above
- English language skills at B2 level or above
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
