About the Role
We are a well-established auto body repair and paint shop in Münster, Germany, seeking a skilled and experienced Auto Body Technician to join our team. This role covers the full scope of collision repair — from structural dent repair to final paint finishing — including modern diagnostic work such as axle alignment checks and camera calibration support.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform dent repair, panel beating, and body straightening on damaged vehicles
- Carry out surface preparation, priming, and paint application/refinishing
- Work with modern paint-matching and spray booth equipment
- Assist with or coordinate axle measurement (Achsvermessung) and camera calibration (Kamerakalibrierung) processes for ADAS-equipped vehicles
- Inspect repaired vehicles for quality and finish before handover
- Follow workshop safety and environmental compliance standards
- Collaborate with the estimating team on repair scope and timelines
Requirements
- Minimum 12th class certificate (or equivalent secondary education)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in auto body denting and painting
- Practical knowledge of panel repair tools and modern paint systems
- Willingness to relocate to Germany and undergo required visa/language preparation
- Basic English or German communication ability preferred (training support provided)
- Valid passport and clean work history
