for amusement rides and monorails Responsibilities
Design and dimensioning of drive systems for roller coasters and monorails. Calculations and simulations for motors and inverters. Development of innovative drive concepts up to project integration. Participation in development meetings with cooperation partners. Collaboration with our suppliers for drive technology (ABB, Siemens, Nidec, Rockwell Automation, Indrivetec AG). Support in the development of safety functions for linear motor technology. On-site commissioning support for the first system with a new technology. After sales support for drive-related system standstill. Collaboration in retrofit projects. Requirements
Graduate engineer or BSc degree in electrical engineering with experience in the field automation and drive technology. Fluent written and spoken English. Self‑motivated, reliable and independent attitude as well as entrepreneurial thinking. Experience in dealing with mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic interfaces. Enthusiasm for working abroad and realizing long-term projects on site around the world. Benefits
