You can move comfortably from long-term organizational questions to immediate people challenges while maintaining clarity, pragmatism and momentum. /p pYou will bring: /p ul liSignificant progressive HR experience, including substantial experience as an HR Business Partner to senior leaders. /li liA strong track record in organization design, workforce planning, talent management, succession, performance and change. /li liExperience supporting RD, scientific, clinical, regulatory, technical or similarly complex professional populations. /li liThe business curiosity to understand development priorities, organizational dependencies and the capabilities required to advance innovation. /li liStrong executive presence and the confidence to challenge constructively when the organization needs a different perspective. /li liThe ability to interpret data, recognize patterns and translate insight into clear recommendations. /li liExperience operating across functions and geographies within a matrixed, regulated environment. /li liSound judgment when navigating sensitive employee, compliance and organizational matters. /li liA bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology or a related discipline. An advanced degree or relevant HR qualification would be valued. /li /ul pExperience within biopharmaceuticals or life sciences would be particularly relevant. /p h3How you will lead /h3 pYou build trust through substance, consistency and judgment.
