The Lead Financial Analyst delivers advanced expertise and develops creative solutions to significant functional issues. On a daily basis, you will apply company-wide goals to guide your work, ensuring that financial outputs are strategically aligned with long-term goals. You will serve as a consultant to collaborators and act as the business manager for the implementation and enhancement of FP&A applications. You are responsible for identifying the root causes of financial variances and proactively using internal tools to gather and examine data. This role serves as a technical anchor, ensuring the quality, efficiency, and innovation of financial models across multiple teams.

Who we are
- Requires a Bachelor's degree , and a minimum of 8 years of related experience; or a Master's degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience; or a PhD with 3 years experience
- Experience in FP&A, accounting, or corporate finance with increasing technical complexity
- Proven expertise in finance systems and FP&A tools, including implementing new solutions and automating processes
- Ability to interpret complex data and influence collaborators through clear, data-driven insights
- Skilled in identifying root causes of issues and implementing effective, practical solutions
- Advanced financial modeling skills, including building frameworks for quarterly and annual planning
- Establishes deep functional expertise and supports progression to broader organizational impact
