The Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor is responsible to support the implementation of our overall talent and recruitment strategy. The Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor act as a business partner to all hiring managers in the attraction and selection of top talent for the organization by identifying the best sourcing strategies and ensuring a good candidate experience.More specifically, the Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor must:Manage full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experienceEnsure an impressive candidate experience through thorough communication and timely feedback, interviewer preparedness, and effective interview structuring/formattingCreate and support the establishment of the talent acquisition strategy Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop/execute sourcing and recruiting plans Work with hiring managers to identify position requirements and sourcing strategy Coach and lead hiring managers through recruitment best practices Coordinate relevant job postings on Applicant Tracking System and manage the movement of candidates to appropriate status Identify the best sourcing channels for different positions and skillsets within the organization Conduct screening interviews; validating skillset, organization/position/cultural fit, language; prepare shortlist brief for hiring managers Act as point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process Responsible to maintain all Talent Acquisitions application systems and recruitment accounts; Manage pre-employment process, including background verification and referencesSupport Employer Branding initiatives Establish a social media strategy to promote all open positions Proactively source talent by leveraging the appropriate platform Develop and update recruiting reports and analytics Lead and participate in talent acquisition projects and initiatives Prepare offer details to include in offer letters and employment contractWork closely with HR Business Partner to ensure a smooth transition into the on-boarding processRequirements:IDEAL PROFILEEducationUniversity degree in Human Resources, administration, psychology, or other relevant field of studyExperience5-7 years’ experience recruiting in-companyExperience with Applicant Tracking System and candidate sourcingKnowledge and skillsGood knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)Demonstrated ability to develop creative strategies and approaches for recruiting and identifying exceptional talentAs a key member of the HR team, must have a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism and diplomacyAbility to work in a fast paced and dynamic environmentGood knowledge of good clinical practices, and applicable Health Canada and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations/guidelines.Brand name:InderoOur company:OUR COMPANYThe work environmentAt Indero, you will work with brilliant and driven colleagues.
