We are looking for a dedicated and motivated intern (m/f/d) in event management / organization / program assistance starting now
Tasks:
- Supporting the Head of Programme in communicating with filmmakers, jury members, agencies and partners
- Participation in the organization of film screenings and supporting events
- Contact maintenance and expansion of the mailing list to interested parties and target groups
- Creation of checklists and schedules, handouts for information
- Administrative tasks (e.g. email communication)
Requirements:
- You are self-confident, communicative, flexible and reliable in dealing with our guests, speakers and filmmakers
- Knowledge of the common MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Mac OS
- Previous experience in the field of event organization is desirable but not a requirement
- Students in higher semesters are given special consideration in the selection process
- Good knowledge of English and German is required. You don’t have to speak perfect German or English but you need to be capable of telephone calls and written correspondence in both German and English.

Internship guest management and social media (from May 1)
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated intern (m/f/d) in guest/event management and social media from May 1st :
Tasks:
- Coordination of the arrival and departure dates of our guests
- Travel and hotel bookings
- Administrative tasks (e.g. email communication)
- Support and coordination of the guests during the festival
- Communication with filmmakers, agencies and other guests
- Editing of our social media channels (Instagram and Facebook)
- Support in planning the topics of the social media channels and developing new digital formats
Requirements:
- You are self-confident, communicative, flexible and reliable in dealing with our guests, speakers and filmmakers
- Previous experience in guest management and event organization is desirable but not a requirement
- Good English knowledge and solid German language skills (e.g. for telephone calls and written correspondence).
- Communication via social media is part of your everyday life
- You love language, writing and research
- Knowledge of the common MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Mac OS
- Students are given special consideration in the selection process
