Missions The Platform With c. €12 billion of assets under management, CA Indosuez is a major private markets’ investor through its Tiera Capital Funds investing mostly across Europe, North America and Asia. Its dedicated investment team makes 40 to 50 investments every year with a mix of (i) primary commitments, (ii) secondary transactions (lead or co‑invests) and (iii) direct co‑investments in companies. The Private Market platform of CA Indosuez covers a large scope of strategies including buyout, growth capital, credit, infrastructure, and secondary. Your role – Real Assets Preparing Investment Memos and defending investment recommendations to the Investment Committee; Ensuring monitoring and reporting of the existing investments in portfolio; Participating to investment execution and structuring alongside internal and external counsels; Managing deal‑flow and digital monitoring tools related to investments; Ad‑hoc review of external funds for distribution purpose.
