Job Summary
We are looking for experienced NOC Engineers to provide 24×7 monitoring, fault management, troubleshooting and service assurance for telecom and network infrastructure.
The engineer will monitor network infrastructure, identify and troubleshoot incidents, manage tickets according to SLA, coordinate with field engineers/OEMs/service providers, and ensure rapid restoration of network services.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor network infrastructure 24×7 using NMS/EMS and monitoring platforms.
- Detect, analyze and correlate network alarms and events.
- Perform L1/L2 troubleshooting of network and telecom infrastructure.
- Manage incidents from detection through resolution.
- Create, update and close tickets in ServiceNow / Jira / other ITSM systems.
- Prioritize incidents according to P1/P2/P3/P4 and SLA requirements.
- Escalate incidents to L2/L3 engineering, OEMs or field-service teams.
- Coordinate remote and on-site troubleshooting activities.
- Conduct initial Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring and major incidents.
- Support Major Incident Management and conference/bridge calls.
- Monitor network availability, performance and capacity.
