Logistics Shift Supervisor (m/f/d)

• You ensure structured shift handoffs and make sure that open issues, disruptions, and special circumstances are reliably communicated.
• You serve as a role model, point of contact, and source of support for your team and guide new employees on their path to success.
• You actively help shape processes and contribute ideas to continuously improve quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

What you should bring

• Practical experience in warehouse or production logistics, such as in receiving, order picking, staging, or shipping.
• Training as a warehouse logistics specialist or a comparable qualification is a plus, but not required if you have relevant professional experience.
• You should be able to supervise employees, set priorities, and assign tasks clearly; initial experience as a foreman, team leader, or in a comparable role is a plus.
• Good German language skills to ensure that work instructions, shift handoffs, and coordination run smoothly.
• You are comfortable working with digital tools; knowledge of MS Office is a plus.
• Willingness to work early and late shifts, as well as a reliable, solution-oriented, and team-focused approach to work.
