- Coordinating and leading a logistics team working in shifts
- Primary point of contact for employees
- Ensuring the smooth operation of logistics services
- Orienting and training new colleagues
- Reporting disruptions, bottlenecks, and deviations
- Actively supporting the team in day-to-day operations
What you should bring
- Completed training in logistics, warehousing, production, or a related field
- Initial experience leading a logistics team is preferred
- A hands-on approach, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Structured and independent work style
- Very good knowledge of German
