Working student HR (m/f/d)
As part of our HR team, you will accompany our employees throughout their entire life cycle and actively shape the future of our dynamic and constantly growing company.
Your tasks
- Preparation of the onboarding of new employees
- Support of HR processing incl. preparation of certificates and contracts as well as coordination of internal meetings with employees and division management
- Support in HR projects to increase employer attractiveness in terms of employer branding
- independent processing of travel expenses incl. checking and documentation
- Support in the process of research projects incl. formal control and digital filing of projects
Your profile
- You study business administration, business education or industrial engineering with focus on human resources
- You have successfully completed at least the third semester of your studies
- In addition to your studies, you have at least 15 hours per week to work on exciting tasks
- You have very good written and spoken English and German skills
- You have experience with the common Microsoft Office applications
- Independent and structured way of working
- Ideally, you already have experience in the human resources sector through an internship or similar
