Key responsibilities in your new role

• As Senior Manager Global Distribution Marketing for the Power Systems division, you will shape our global distribution strategy, drive business growth across regions, and build trusted relationships with key distribution partners.
• By enabling our partners with the right tools, programs, and go-to-market initiatives, you will help transform market opportunities into scalable business success.
• Develop and drive the global distribution strategy for the Power Systems business line, ensuring alignment with business objectives, market opportunities, and growth priorities.
• Translate strategy into action by leading partner enablement programs, commercial initiatives, and cross-regional execution plans that accelerate growth through distribution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape go-to-market strategies, pricing approaches, marketing programs, and partner enablement initiatives.
• Analyze distribution performance, market trends, and business results to identify opportunities, implement corrective actions, and support strategic decision-making.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key distribution partners to foster long-term collaboration and business growth.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing / Management to coordinate distributor support processes and ensure efficient operational execution.
• Partner with distribution and sales teams worldwide to share best practices, foster cross-regional alignment, and ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.

Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• A degree in Electronics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in distribution marketing, product marketing/management, channel sales, or a related field.
• Experience in power electronics/power semiconductors is a plus.
• Proven track record of developing business opportunities globally and driving growth across Asian markets.
• International mindset with cross-cultural awareness and willingness to travel globally as required.
• A proactive, self-driven character with entrepreneurial thinking and strong business acumen.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
