Role Overview
A Radar Component Verification Specialist on the Research & Development team will merge creativity with technical expertise to shape the future of technology, driving groundbreaking projects and bringing new ideas to life. Key Responsibilities
Drive the lab verification of state‑of‑the‑art Radar chips, execute targeted verification tasks independently and produce complete measurement reports. Develop and optimize Matlab measurement routines, contribute to code quality and reduction of verification time. Contribute to the design and assembly of new test boards. Evaluate results with relevant technical experts and document findings thoroughly. Analyze product requirements and derive suitable test benches. Contribute to test automation methodologies and their implementation. Qualifications
1–2 years of hands‑on experience in Hardware/Software Verification or a recent graduate in Electrical Engineering, Software/Computer Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Physics, or a related field with demonstrable project experience. Strong interest in hardware and software verification. Practical lab experience, including soldering skills. Excellent analytical skills and problem‑solving abilities. Hands‑on experience with mm‑wave signals and high‑speed digital electronics. PCB design skills and programming proficiency in Matlab for verification purposes. Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment. Fluency in English and German. Employment Terms
The position is for a 12‑month contract, filled through a leasing partner. A valid work permit for Austria (RWR+ Card) or EU citizenship is required. The role is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees of EEI with a minimum salary of €3,888.53, payable 14 times per year. Salary may be negotiated based on experience.
