Develop algorithms for UWB radios considering implementation complexity aspects Collaborate with digital and analog designers on requirements specifications for UWB baseband and analog features Derive clear specifications for analog and digital blocks to be implemented on chip Evaluate performance trade-offs and propose innovative improvements to existing UWB features Lead sub-projects of UWB IP algorithm development and ensure a smooth work process Proactively drive improvement of existing IPs and working flows Contribute to team growth by supporting colleagues on a day-to-day basis Qualifications
Master's or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields (PhD is a plus) At least 5 years of professional or academic experience in Digital Signal Processing or Communication Systems Strong modelling skills in Matlab/Python Experience with signal processing and algorithm development, ideally for wireless communication or machine learning Ability to write pseudocode of algorithms to be used by other teams involved in IC design Experience in Pulsed Time Radars, Wireless Radio communication and Digital Design is a plus Fluency in English (mandatory) Additional Information
