Develop Backend of Line solutions for wafer technology and product features to realize power devices addressing the application needs while meeting performance, cost, and quality targets Drive experiments from the process split definition to the realization in the clean room, analyze available in-line metrology and electrical test data Ensure process stability and quality of the manufacturing route for the mass-production release Actively contribute to the project team while reporting on development progress and risk mitigation actions to ensure project objectives are met Support and be in a technical role for product portfolio extension Lead derivative projects with focus on Backend of Line Your profile
