Supporting technology development in the field of ion‑trap quantum processors Planning and executing experimental splits on productive fabrication tools Creating and optimizing work plans Standardizing process blocks to ensure reproducible and scalable manufacturing processes Conducting inline measurements and process control to ensure the quality of ongoing processes Evaluating and interpreting process data to continuously improve manufacturing quality Qualifications
Master’s degree in physics, chemistry, process engineering, or a comparable technical field Experience in the semiconductor industry, ideally in line support/process development Proficiency in using experiment management systems (EXMS) Experience in creating semiconductor process flows Proficiency in using process databases and data‑driven process optimization Very good written and spoken English; Knowledge of German is a plus Benefits
The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group F. The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year. Compensation is based on performance, experience and qualification, with higher pay for expertise and skills.
