Your Role
We are looking for a technology development engineer who will be driving innovations from concept definition to volume production. As such, you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams from technical marketing to production, and become an architect of the next generation of low voltage power MOSFET technologies. Key responsibilities
Develop leading‑edge wafer technology to realize new power devices addressing application needs while meeting performance, cost and quality targets. Drive experiments from the process split definition to the realization in the clean room and validation in the laboratory, analyzing available in‑line metrology and electrical test data. Drive necessary reliability investigations, electrical characterization and application tests to validate performance and robustness of the product. Ensure process stability, i.e., quality of the manufacturing route for mass‑production release. Actively contribute to the project team while reporting on development progress and risk‑mitigation actions to ensure project objectives are met. Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed: A university degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Material Sciences or comparable. 5+ years experience in semiconductor device technology development (clean room experience, design of experiments, statistical process control, process control monitor design/layout, wafer‑level reliability test and electrical characterization, failure analysis techniques, TCAD simulations, IP generation, etc.). Semiconductor physics and process integration knowledge. Collaborative and innovative thinker, thriving in international, multi‑disciplinary teams. Structured problem‑solving character, delivering high‑quality results through a self‑organized, analytical approach that balances attention to detail with a strategic big‑picture perspective in complex situations. Excellent English communication skills and ideally basic German skills or willingness to learn German. Benefits
We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group H. The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year. Higher compensation is offered depending on your expertise and skills. Diversity & Inclusion
We base our recruiting decisions on the applicant’s experience and skills. We look forward to receiving your resume, even if you do not entirely meet all the requirements of the job posting.
