Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Provide technical support for Infineon product (magnetic sensors, current sensors, pressure sensors, etc.) to Automotive customers via digital channels, including answering technical inquiries, assisting in system debugging, and empowering internal FAEs for customer support.
• Conduct cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, HW/SW development, and chip/solution design teams in supporting customers, collect IP/product/application requirements in the related area, by communicating with customers and internal teams.
• Write Knowledge Base Article, application note etc. technical collaterals to educate and support customers to do self-help.
• Analyzing and testing performance data at the product and system levels, providing timely solutions to customers\‘ practical application difficulties, and generating related reports.
• Prepare and deliver product/application training to peers and end customers.
• Focus on innovative, scalable methods to make customers self-sufficient.
• 通过数字渠道为客户提供汽车应用相关的英飞凌产品（磁传感器、电流传感器、压力传感器） 的技术支持，包括回答技术问题、调试系统，也支持内部 FAE 支持客户
• 与市场营销、硬件/软件开发和芯片/解决方案设计团队跨职能合作，通过与客户和内部团队沟通，支持客户，收集相关领域的 IP/产品/应用程序需求
• 编写知识库文章、应用说明等技术资料，使客户可以自己解决问题相关产品层面和系统层面的性能数据分析测试以及相关报告为客户及时解决实际应用困难
• 为同行和最终客户提供产品/应用培训
• 专注于创新、可扩展的方法，使客户自给自足

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Bachelor\’s degree or above in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation or related fields.
• Familiarity with communication protocols (UART, SPI, etc.) and understand the basic module framework of MCU.
• Familiarity concept of electro magnetism principles and related simulation tools.
• Basic C programming skills and relevant experience in embedded development.
• Customer-oriented mindset, interested in working with various customer engineers.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies.
• Good English and Mandar in written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic concept of motors application preferred.
• Basic concept of digital circuit preferred.
• 本科及以上学历，电子工程、电气工程、自动化等相关专业。
• 熟悉 UART、 SPI 等通信协议的基本原理及应用，了解 MCU 基本模块框架。
• 熟悉电磁学原理及相关仿真工具
• 具有一定 C 语言编程能力及嵌入式开发相关经验
• 以客户为导向的心态，对与各种客户工程师互动的工作模式非常感兴趣
• 快速学习新技术的兴趣和能力
• 良好的英语和普通话书面和口头沟通能力
• 熟悉电机应用优先
• 了解数字电路工作原理优先
