We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Humanoid Robotics Application Marketing Manager to drive market development, customer engagement, and ecosystem growth across the Humanoid Robotics industry.

The successful candidate will identify emerging applications, understand customer pain points, influence design-in opportunities, and work closely with robotics OEMs/Tier-1s, system integrators, AI partners, component suppliers, and research institutions to accelerate business growth.

This role serves as the bridge among customers, engineering teams, Sales teams, Product marketing teams, and strategic partners to develop compelling solution value propositions and drive market adoption.


Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role

1.Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Develop regional humanoid robotics market strategy.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, technology evolution, and customer requirements.
  • dentify high-growth application segments included and not limited to: Industrial Humanoid Robots, Logistics and warehousing, Service robots, Healthcare assistance, Education and research etc.
  • Build TAM/SAM/SOM models and market forecasts.

2.Application Development

  • Identify key use cases and customer pain points, co-work with Product Line to define the product roadmap; Create application roadmaps aligned with Humanoid Robotics industry trends
  • Translate Infineon's product portfolio into compelling selection-oriented and system-level value propositions that address the requirements of humanoid robotics customers. Produce selection guides, white papers, and competitive benchmarks to empower sales and FAE teams;
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define solution offerings.

3.Ecosystem Development

  • Build and manage relationships with key players of Humanoid Robotics value chain, included OEM, Tier-1/Tier-2, SW partner.

4.G2M execution

  • Develop and execute the Go-to-Market strategy for the Humanoid Robotics application, lead co-development and reference design projects with top-tier accounts, and drive design-wins and market share growth.


Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

General requirements

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Microelectronics, or a related field preferred (Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience acceptable);
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to independently author market analyses and technical marketing materials.

Technical and professional background

  • In-depth understanding of automotive E/E architecture evolution trends, familiar with the technical characteristics of distributed architectures, domain-centralized architectures, and zonal architectures.
  • Hands-on knowledge of at least three of the following: functional safety (IEC 61508 / ISO 13849), power electronics & motor drive (BLDC/PMSM), embedded control architectures, robotics communication protocols;
  • Proven track record in robotics, industrial automation, or automotive electronics (transferable automotive-grade methodologies welcome), with actual design-win experience;
  • Familiarity with the humanoid robot supply chain (joint modules, dexterous hands, on-device embodied AI compute);
  • Established network among leading robotics accounts (e.g., the leading Humanoid Robot makers, Xpeng, Unitree, Zhiyuan Robotics, UBTech, Figure, Tesla supply chain, etc.);
  • Experience with reference designs, evaluation boards, or joint labs/ecosystem partnerships

Additional Requirements

  • Willingness to travel frequently, covering major automotive electronics industry clusters in East China, South China, and North China.
  • Ability to build and manage relationships within all levels of region SMD and BL organization, be interface to key customers and partners at senior management level of commercial functions
  • Resourceful, creative, diligent, and able to follow up and make things happen with colleagues and co-workers across many disciplines. Must be a problem solver and competent in co-designing technical Solutions
