Automatizálási Karbantartó Mérnök - Automation Maintenance Engineer (f/m/div)

Feladatok:

• Automatizált gépek, berendezések műszaki problémáinak hibaelemzése és megoldása, aktív kapcsolattartás a berendezés szállítókkal.
• Automata gépek, berendezések OEE monitorozása, a rendelkezésre állásidő biztosítása, a nem tervezett állásidők csökkentése.
• Automata gépek, berendezések karbantartási terveinek elkészítése és folyamatos fejlesztése.
• A karbantartási rendszer működtetése és fejlesztése.
• Tartalékalkatrész ellátás biztosítása, raktár szervezése.
• Részvétel berendezések, gyártósorok telepítésében.
• Felel a mindenkor aktuális karbantartási és javítási dokumentációkért(operátori és általános karbantartási, gépjavítási napló, alkatrészleltár).
• A karbantartó / teszter-technikusok szakmai fejlesztése az automatagépek, robotok üzemeltetése területén.

Elvárások:

• Felsőfokú műszaki végzettség (Villamosmérnök, Gépészmérnök, Mechatronikai mérnök);
• Kommunikációképes angol vagy német nyelvtudás (szóban és írásban);
• Műszaki felsőfokú végzettség, legalább 1-2 év szakirányú szakmai tapasztalat;
• Általános áttekintő, műszaki szemléletmód, jó analitikai készségek;
• Automatizálási ismeretek, automatizált gépek, gépsorok üzemeltetésében szerzett releváns tapasztalat;
• Megbízható kommunikáció a szakmai és tárgyalási ismeretei segítségével vállalaton belüli munkatársaival, az anyavállalat képviselőivel, külsőszolgáltatókkal és szállítókkal;
• Önállóan és csapatban is képes munkát végezni.
