Your Role
As a Senior Specialist Inside Sales Account, you will drive business growth by building customer loyalty and identifying new business opportunities in a collaborative, digitally-focused team environment.
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Secure new business and develop existing customer relationships to maximize account value
- Drive business opportunities using remote channels such as virtual demonstrations, video conferencing, and digital tools, with in-person support as needed
- Research leads and analyze customer needs to develop and progress both inbound and outbound opportunities
- Build trust and maintain customer loyalty through effective digital engagement and professional interactions
- Prepare quotes and lead price negotiations to achieve business objectives
- Support revenue growth, cross-selling, and upselling for assigned customers through proactive account management
- Prioritize daily activities and update sales management systems using data analytics to inform customer strategy
Your Profile
You thrive in a customer-centric, agile team, communicating effectively and using digital tools to deliver results in a changing global environment.
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- A degree in Economics, Business Administration, Electrical or Industrial Engineering, or a related field (mandatory)
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Sales and Marketing in a global environment (mandatory)
- Account management skills, time management abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple priorities (mandatory)
- Experience with remote selling, digital engagement, and analytical tools (preferred)
- Knowledge of semiconductor products and applications (nice-to-have)
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and English communication skills, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level) (mandatory)
- Experience using CRM or other sales management systems (preferred)
