Automotive EMC Engineer

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Conduct EMC measurement and analysis for automotive ethernet product
• Perform signal integrity and power integrity simulation for high-speed PCB and package
• Develop and maintain channel and device model (S-parameter, IBIS-AMI)for high speed interface
• Correlate simulations with measurement using VNA, TDR and spectrum analyzer
• Review and drive SI/PI sign-off for internal high-speed PCB design
• Define stack-up, material selection and design guideline for PCB and Package
• Collaborate with IC design teams to define EMC specification of new product

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Major in high speed SI/PI and EMC related field. Work experience in high speed SI/PI and EMC related field is a plus
• Experience with simulation software Ansys HFSS, Keysight ADS and Cadence Sigrity
• Familiar with lab equipment VNA, TDR and high-speed oscilloscope
• Experience in high speed digital system design, including PCB and package
• Strong understanding of electromagnetic theory, transmission line and antenna theory
• Excellent communication skill and team work spirit
• Hands-on proficiency with Python and Matlab for automation and data analysis
