Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

You will be involved in the international SHAPE LOG Project to migrate the Logistics Shipping and Warehouse portion from legacy systems based on SAP ECC and Assist4 to SAP S/4 HANA. You will play a key role in our internal template design team as well as being part of the rollout preparation of the Pilot sites e.g. Distribution Center and Sample Centers in Europe.

• Be part of design discussions with Business/IT counterparts and external software consultants
• Identify test scenarios, prepare test case, conduct integration test and support user acceptance test
• Coordinate technical realization and propose solution design, including system prototyping and configuration
• Manage external service provider to support a smooth project-to-operations transition and knowledge transfer
• Sharing knowledge and best practices with stakeholders and other project team members
• Support continuous improvements in SAP TM area and related processes

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong hands-on functional SAP S/4 HANA Transportation Management (TM) experience is essential
• At least 5 years professional experience in the SAP environment within an IT department or as an SAP consultant
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate and to communicate with international and multi-cultural team is essential and fluency in English
• Knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) in SAP ECC or SAP S/4 HANA would be preferred
• Knowledge of market Forwarder Integration Platform, such as Elemica and Process Weaver
• A high customer-orientation and a solution-oriented mindset
