Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Contribution to G2M Strategies: Independently contribute to the development and implementation of go-to-market strategies and support market introduction activities at the application level. Assist in market entry and growth initiatives.
• Application Management: Independently analyze and capture use cases and customer requirements; actively participate in the creation and continuous development of the application roadmap
• Research & Market/Competitor Analysis: Take a leading role in researching, aggregating, and analyzing relevant markets, competitors, value chains, and ecosystems. Drive recommendations for action to strengthen the market position, identifying current trends, technologies, and their potential business impacts. Collaborate closely with senior team members, providing analytical input for regional and applicationstrategy
• Business Development & Sales Support: Support sales and business development activities by refining and tailoring value propositions for customers and related channels, identifying market opportunities, and preparing analysis reports to integrate application-related topics into the market strategy
• Support Engagement with Standardization Authorities: Provide active research assistance in engaging with international standardization bodies. Analyze, assess, and document the business impact of regulatory changes and standards
• Preparation of Research and Analysis Reports: Prepare well-structured research findings, benchmarks, and analytical reports to support decision-making processes across departments.
• Prepare and manage KPI reporting, business intelligence dashboards, and internal communications. Support internal process improvement and knowledge management.

Your Profile

As a Business Development & Application Specialist, you are able to quickly establish a successful cooperation. Furthermore, you set yourself ambitious goals. Lastly, you balance the customers’ requirements and the interests of Infineon.

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, International Relations, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field
• First experience (internship, thesis, entry-level position) in market analysis, business development, or technical marketing, or strong academic record in relevant topics
• Advanced analytical and conceptual skills; ability to independently manage and execute complex tasks and projects at a professional level, structured approach, and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; German, Spanish, or Portuguese is an advantage
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a matrix, multicultural environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Curious, proactive, motivated to learn and contribute beyond assigned tasks, with interest in the field of secure identification and innovative government/enterprise solutions
• Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint; experience with market research tools and databases is a plus, with competence to proactively generate insights through detailed research and present actionable recommendations
