Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Define the overall strategy for applying CI/CD concepts to hardware design, verification, and integration (e.g., RTL-to-GDS)
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for hardware development in collaboration with the methodology/central teams, and provide training and support to engineering teams on CI/CD practices and tools
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate CI/CD practices into existing development workflows and continuously monitor and improve CI/CD processes, identifying areas for optimization and implementing changes to increase efficiency and quality.
- Support engineering teams in writing clear, testable requirements aligned to internal standards and rules
- Ensure formal compliance with requirements to automotive standards and acceptance by the project team
- Provide and operate the CCM infrastructure for identifying, versioning, and baselining complete product documentation
- Ensure transparency, evidence tracking, and conscious decision-making for changes across the lifecycle. Manage change requests and problem reports for automotive projects using CCM tools (e.g., Jira)
Your Profile
We are seeking a hands-on engineer to drive requirement management, change and configuration management, and CI/CD for hardware centric automotive semiconductor programs. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, test, design, verification, and quality teams and ensure alignment with automotive standards.
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- A master’s degree in electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related
- Knowledge of electronics/semiconductor product development methodology
- Working knowledge of change, configuration, and requirements management processes (e.g., Jira, PLM/Windchill, JAMA/DOORS) and Familiarity with automotive industry standards and regulations such as ISO 26262
- Ability to balance compliance and documentation standards with rapid, automated delivery via CI/CD pipelines.
- Scripting and pipeline as code skills (e.g., Python, Groovy, shell, GitLab CI/Jenkins).
- Good planning and organizational skills, as well as an independent and team-oriented working style.
- Fluency in English
