Contract - HR Business Partner (6 months)

This is a 6 month contract under 3rd party payroll partner and entitled to benefits according to partner company.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Act as the primary HR contact for assigned business functions, including shopfloor employees and frontline supervisor
• Provide day-to-day HR support on employee relations, performance management and engagement initiatives
• Coordinates core HR processes in the assigned business
• Resumes governance role with regard to HR tools, policies and legislation

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• 3 to 5 years of HR experience with shopfloor workforce or in manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of employee relations and local labour regulations
• This is a 6 month contract under 3rd party payroll partner and entitled to benefits according to partner company
