Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform complex sustainability data into actionable insights, driving transparency and informed decision-making.

• Develop dashboards and visualizations to track sustainability performance, resource flows and usage, and further sustainability indicators
• Analyze data flows across the supply chain, mapping material streams and supporting supply-chain transparency insights
  
• Build and standardize data pipelines and ensure high-quality inputs for sustainability reporting
• Collaborate with data owners and IT teams to align data models with reporting and compliance requirements
• Use tools like Python, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau to standardize and transform data into actionable formats
• Document data lineage to ensure traceability and auditability of sustainability metrics
• Provide data analysis support for internal teams and customer sustainability inquiries, focusing on material sourcing and responsible practices

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

You are highly analytical, solution-oriented, and thrive in cross-functional environments. You excel at translating complex datasets into actionable insights and are eager to apply your expertise toward solving sustainability challenges.

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (mandatory)
• At least 5 years of professional experience in data analytics, data engineering, or ETL processes
• Expertise in data transformation, modeling, and tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI/Tableau
• Professional experience with enterprise data systems (e.g., SAP, REST APIs, or databases), including workflow automation through programming languages such as Python or .NET
• Knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., CSRD, GHG Protocol, or LCA data) and familiarity with circular economy concept
• Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory); German is a plu
