Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

You will play a key role in driving sustainability initiatives by integrating, modeling, and visualizing data that enables strategic decision-making.

• Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines to gather sustainability and circularity data from various enterprise sources, such as SQL databases, SAP, and APIs
• Transform and standardize sustainability data into common models, ensuring unit conversion, master-data linkage, and quality checks
• Build and maintain centralized sustainability databases, including lineage documentation and reconciliation processes
• Collaborate with IT stakeholders and data owners to define efficient data extraction, scheduling, and monitoring processes
• Create data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau to track KPIs, sustainability metrics, and circularity insights
• Provide technical support for sustainability-related requests, translating questions into actionable and reliable data deliverables

Your Profile

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (mandatory)
• At least 3 years of professional experience with data analytics, data engineering processes, or ETL operations
• Proficiency in tools like SQL, Python, and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau for data modeling and transformation
• Hands-on experience with enterprise data systems (e.g., SAP, REST APIs, Excel/CSV) and pipeline orchestration workflows
• Knowledge or interest in sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., CSRD, GHG Protocol, or LCA)
• Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory); German is a plus
