Director of Quality Management

The head of External Wafer Manufacturing (EWM) Quality will engage with Infineon internal and external stakeholders to define and uphold robust Quality standards, to meet the requirements of our internal Business division and end customers.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• The head of External Wafer Manufacturing (EWM) Quality will engage with Infineon internal and external stakeholders to define and uphold robust Quality standards, to meet the requirements of our internal Business division and end customers.
• This encompass standards of product quality, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence while driving a culture of continuous improvement and innovation at external Suppliers.
• Together with the stakeholders, the head will establish and monitor key quality performance indices (KPIs), and take relevant actions to ensure that KPIs are met at external Suppliers.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Bachelor or higher degree in electrical, chemical or materials engineering
• Prior years of working experience in Foundry.
• Prior years of working experience in quality management.
• Experience in automotive quality and audit.
• Prior years of team management experience.
