As Director OPC Resource Planning you’re responsible to plan and optimize manufacturing capacity, ramp up, transfer, headcount, CAPEX, asset, loading, and Total Cost Roadmap (TCR).
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Manages manufacturing and/or production operations capacity and resources including assembly, machinery, processing and/or packaging
- Optimize production loading and capacity based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, materials supply, staffing resources, and volume required to meet demand and to ensure maximum production quantity and quality
- Analyzes plant capacity and production requisition data to determine manufacturing processes and required resources; prepares production and capacity reports.
- Drives the sites/segments for optimized performance of all resources (invest, material, headcount) to achieve overall cluster productivity targets in alignment with the Business Divisions
- Supports the Cluster Boards on strategic topics (bluebook, site strategy, TCR).
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related filed
- Has 10-15 years relevant working experience with > 5years management experience in semiconductor industry
- Excellent in backend semiconductor Resource Planning & Manufacturing
- Good proficiency in communications and people management.
