Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
Responsible for provision and management of partnerships in GC to enable business and support ATV GC 5 year business growth (achieve 5 billion euro revenue target and no.1 market share)
Lead PAM team to
1. Support adaption of global partnerships and ecosystems to regional needs
2. Develop, establish and manage regional partnerships
3. Support the region as a service provider with partner solutions and establish new ecosystems to enable business development for selected applications and use cases
4. Provide structures for partner management (e.g. programs, processes, systems, PGI club) in GC
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Specialist knowledge and skills, as these are usually acquired through a relevant vocational training (10+ years) and a particularly extensive subject-specific additional qualification.
- The same applies to knowledge and abilities, which were acquired by a relevant completed study with a duration of 10 years and subject-specific additional qualification or by a relevant completed study (10+ years).
- Familiar with automotive market and related eco-system establishment Knowledge of MCU market and eco-system information
- 15+ years relevant working experience
- Fluent in Chinese and English
