Key responsibilities in your new role

Develop and execute market strategies that drive business growth for radiation-tolerant semiconductor products serving the new space market(LEO), including market segmentation, customer engagement, competitive positioning, and strategic planning

Partner with engineering, sales, operations, and business leadership to provide market insights and influence product roadmaps, portfolio decisions, and technology investments

Lead forecasting, business planning, and market analysis activities to support revenue growth, product portfolio performance, and operational planning

Engage directly with customers, industry partners, and ecosystem participants to identify emerging trends, application requirements, competitive dynamics, and market opportunities. Expected travel 20-40%of the time

Drive the commercialization and market adoption of a high-growth radiation-tolerant portfolio, supporting a high volume of new product introductions and ensuring effective, scalable go-to-market execution across multiple product launches throughout the year
Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred

8+ years of progressive experience in semiconductor product marketing, technical marketing, product management, applications engineering, or related commercial leadership roles

Strong understanding of semiconductor technologies, with experience in mixed-signal, analog, power, sensing, connectivity, or related product domains
-
Demonstrated ability to understand customer applications and end-system requirements and translate market needs into product, portfolio, and roadmap recommendations

Experience managing product launches, go-to-market activities, and business growth initiatives in fast-paced technology markets with multiple concurrent product introductions

Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, including experience with forecasting, business planning, customer engagement, and executive-level presentations
