Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role
As a Director Technical Marketing, you will lead the team of Technical Marketing of the Automotive Business Unit Smart Power IPD, “Intelligent Power Distribution” with a complex product, market and customer portfolio.

• Be responsible for team leadership, personal development of the team members and competence development as well as legal aspects, such as target setting and achievement
• Manage and develop the competencies of the Product Application Engineering, Product Definition Engineering and System Verification teams
• Plan and prioritize human resources in alignment with stakeholders
• Foster the creation of Go to Market Material, drive and continuously improve system verification as well as requirements capture
• Ensure team performance, cohesion and ownership
• Be responsible for laboratory activities
• Support your team in specifying the best fitting product for the application and customer needs

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
As an experienced leader and strong communicator, you build and leverage professional networks towards achieving organizational goals and motivating people for joint success.

• A University Degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Embedded Systems or Physics or similar technical fields
• At least 7 years of work experience within the field of Application Engineering, Automotive ECU design or semiconductor development
• Experience in technical leadership or people management and power electronics lab management
• Solid knowledge of automotive power applications
• Fluency in English
