We are seeking a highly skilled Facility Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Infineon Technologies, a leading global semiconductor company. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects and contribute to the success of our company. In your new role you will:

• Planning and continuous monitoring of the factory\’s energy consumption and KPIs
• Development and monitoring of energy saving measures
• Operation of ISO 50001
• Participate in tendering processes of energy suppliers, cooperation in specifying bids and preparing decisions
• Key partner for contracted companies
• Maintaining and development of consumption meters and energy monitoring system

To excel in this role, you\’ll need to demonstrate strong collaboration and communication skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams to drive sustainability initiatives. You\’ll also need to be proactive, adaptable, and a continuous learner, with a strong problem-solving mindset and analytical skills.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor\’s Degree in Energetics Engineering or equivalent level knowledge from an accredited university.
• Prior experience (3 years) working in a multinational manufacturing company is required. Semiconductor manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret system/component drawings and P&ID\’s.
• Administrative and technical leadership skills.
• ISO50001 system knowledge
• ISO50001 internal auditor certification as advantage
