Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role:

• In-depth knowledge of analytical technologies, advancements and challenges
• Support existing package or process technologies analytical needs
• Ownership of medium to highly sophisticated equipment in all aspects
• Ensure prioritized tasks are executed according to agreed timeline
• Identify problems or unfavorable deviations, recommend and execute, implement corrective or improvement actions which enhance the quality, reliability or cost effectiveness in the area of responsibility
• Responsible for existing analytical equipment benchmark, existing analytical technology, optimization, capability and tooling of equipment
• Adhere to proper A process systematics requirements such as FA checklist
• Method development owner to establish and setup new analytical methods

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:

• PhD/Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Microelectronics, Mechatronics, Semiconductor Technology) or Science (Chemistry, Physics, Material) or any related equivalent field
• Minimum 6 to 8 years of Failure Analysis working experience
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Good aptitude in engineering analysis, problem solving and solution seeking
• Experience in full FA flow including Electrical, Physical and Characterization
• Experience in general and specific analytical tools operation
• Able to discuss and conclude the root cause from failure mechanism
• Knowledge in assembly and interconnect technology of electronic devices
• FMEA contribution from past experience of customer complaints and yield analysis
• Strong knowledge of statistical data analysis
