Engineer Unit Process Development

In this role, you will be responsible for establish and setup new assembly process capabilities, support new package development, ramp up, platform extensions and innovations.

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Establish and setup new assembly process capabilities including hands-on equipment setup
• Support new package development, ramp up, platform extensions and innovations
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop new process and methods
• Conduct process knowledge transfer to line sustaining

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Bachelor\’s degree in Mechanical, Materials & Chemical Engineering.
• Experience in Backend Semiconductor manufacturing is preferred.
• Possess good knowledge in:
  1) AutoCAD software
  2) Design of Experiment
  3) Statistical analysis
  4) Material research and testing (metal and polymer)
