In this role, you will be responsible for establish and setup new assembly process capabilities, support new package development, ramp up, platform extensions and innovations.
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Establish and setup new assembly process capabilities including hands-on equipment setup
- Support new package development, ramp up, platform extensions and innovations
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop new process and methods
- Conduct process knowledge transfer to line sustaining
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Bachelor\’s degree in Mechanical, Materials & Chemical Engineering.
- Experience in Backend Semiconductor manufacturing is preferred.
- Possess good knowledge in:
1) AutoCAD software
2) Design of Experiment
3) Statistical analysis
4) Material research and testing (metal and polymer)
